Ingredients

whole wheat pita
I used a 6.5 inch

ounces
chicken
cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes

Tbsp
olive oil
extra virgin

tomato
chopped
1/2
cup
cucumber
chopped

red onion
chopped (optional)

cup
romaine lettuce
shredded

feta cheese
crumbled
Chicken Marinade

Tbsp
dried parsley

tsp
dried onion flakes

dried basil

dried oregano

tsp
dried thyme

garlic powder

sea salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients of Chicken Marinade in a bowl.
Season cubed raw chicken with marinade and place in refrigerator in a covered container overnight.
Cook chicken in 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Fill pita halves evenly with chicken, tomato, cucumber, onion (if desired), romaine, and cheese.
